OUR CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST

Vienna’s population makes increasing use of the underground, trams and buses as a result of our efforts to continually expand the public transport network, particularly with regards to our work on extending the underground network. However, the fact that they do this willingly is due in no small part to the extremely customer-friendly services offered by Wiener Linien.

The raison d’être of Wiener Linien is to ensure that Vienna’s population is as mobile as possible. However, we consider there to be more to this than simply the physical scope of our means of transport. For Wiener Linien, this means that “in every instance, the interests of our customers always come first”.

This includes permanently working to optimise the routes of each service line as well as providing complication-free service and competent advice. After all, for whom was this public transport network built if not for the people who live here in Vienna?

Optimum service, however, also means optimum safety. Here, Wiener Linien accepts no compromises. Top quality equipment, regular inspections and servicing go hand-in-hand with state-of-the-art safety measures to ensure that Vienna’s population not only feels comfortable as passengers with Wiener Linien, but also feels safe.
